Your licence

In short

Every paid download can be printed as many times as you like, at any size. It also includes a commercial licence, so print businesses may sell the printed products to their own customers, with no royalties. Reselling, sharing or distributing the digital file or the design template itself is not permitted.

Personal use

Every paid download lets you:

• print it as many times as you like, at any size, on any material;
• frame it, give it as a gift, or display it at home or work;
• keep a copy forever — the licence does not expire.

Commercial use

Every paid download also includes a commercial licence, at no extra cost. You may:

• print the file and sell the printed product (poster, canvas, framed print and similar) to your customer;
• sell those prints in a shop, at markets, or online — Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce or your own site;
• use a print-on-demand partner to produce and ship them;
• show the design in your listing photos and mockups to sell that print.

No royalties are due, and no attribution to Cry Me Art is required.

Not allowed

• Selling, sharing or giving away the digital file itself, including as a “printable” download.
• Reselling, copying or redistributing our design templates, or using them to build a competing design library or editor.
• Changing the date, place or names to make a design for a different customer from a single purchase — each customer’s design is its own order.
• Removing the watermark from, or selling prints of, a free preview.
• Claiming the underlying design templates as your own work.

Free previews

Watermarked previews are free for signed-in users. They are for personal viewing and for sending a proof to a customer for approval. Buy the full-resolution file before printing for sale.

Ownership

You own the prints you make. Cry Me Art keeps the rights in the design templates, layouts and artwork; the licence lets you use them as described here. It is non-exclusive, and you may not transfer it separately from the printed product.

If the licence is broken

A use outside these terms ends the licence for the files concerned. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask first.
